Magic Peanut Butter Biscuits

 


Totally sugar-free if you use natural peanut butter!

Ingredients

  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 250 g Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 1 vanilla extract

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Stir with a spoon until just combined.
  4. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place on lined tray.
  5. Use a fork dipped into Splenda and press to make a cross-hatch pattern into tops of dough.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Cool for several minutes before removing from tray.
NOTES
Cookies will still be very soft when done. Allow them to cool to make them easier to handle.
These are so good, you won't believe that they contain no sugar or flour.
