Caramel Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 1 cup self-raising flour
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add syrup and beat until fluffy.
- Mix in flour until texture is suitable to roll into balls.
- Place on a paper lined baking tray, allowing room for biscuits to spread.
- Press biscuits gently with a fork and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
