Caramel Biscuits

 



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbs golden syrup
  • 1 cup self-raising flour

Method
  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add syrup and beat until fluffy.
  3. Mix in flour until texture is suitable to roll into balls.
  4. Place on a paper lined baking tray, allowing room for biscuits to spread.
  5. Press biscuits gently with a fork and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
