Slow Cooker Braised Steak and Onions
A great, traditional meal for those busy days when you want the slow cooker to do all the work.
Ingredients
- 3 chuck beef steaks
- 3 brown onions peeled quartered
- 1 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 225g barbecue sauce
- 3 potatoes cut into wedges
- 1/8 cup water
Method
- Place steak, onions and potatoes in the base of a slow cooker. Add sauces and water.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 4-6 hours) until potatoes are cooked as desired.
